1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ImageGet ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

ImageGet lets you collect and save images from web pages by providing a URL. You are responsible for the content you access and download using the app.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium unlocks all features and provides an ad-free experience. Subscription options include monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. The longer the plan you choose, the more you save.

• Auto-Renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Managing or Canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Your Name → Subscription → Cancel Subscription on your device.
• No refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We do not issue refunds for partially used periods.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

ImageGet itself, including its design and code, is our property. Images you download belong to their respective owners. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access, download, and use any image you save, and for complying with applicable copyright and other laws. ImageGet is provided as a tool only and does not grant you any license to the images you download.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImageGet to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including copyright).
• Access or distribute unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the app or any related systems.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any technical measures of the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that downloaded content will be free of defects or third-party claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or claims related to downloaded content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Canceling your subscription is described in Section 3.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
